Life on Mars?

Do you think there's any life form on Mars? Scientists have been searching for the answer all these times. They noticed that Mars' conditions are almost the same as the Earth. 'Inhabitants from Mars', known as the Martians, have been featured on many films and movies. Maybe they really do exist......

Hehe......I think it's very possible. Indeed, nothing is impossible, right? Who knows? They are probably wondering the same thing about us too! So, dear Administrator, since you are so interested, why don't you work hard from now onwards and be the first person to successfully land on Mars? You can even make friends with the cute Martians, maybe marry one later, have little Martian babies......

I tend to think that this solar system and universe were made by God. I personally highly doubt that God has also made life on other planets...but it is very possible.

Some people try to explain the exsistence of universe by God and religions, while others stick to the scientific views. I absolutely believe that the universe is created after the "Big Bang", which is agreed by most of the scientists now.

What's the "Big Bang"?

The Big Bang is a scientific theory which explains the origin and creation of the Universe. You have to check it out for yourself if you want to know more.

It is believed that "Big Bang" occured 15 billion years ago. Before that, universe didn't exist. It came into being in "Big Bang", the cosmic explosion, universe expanded from nothing to 2 billion billion km wide in a single second, and it's still expanding today. At present, scientists still speculating about why the "Big Bang" could occur.

As a Christian, I believe that it was God who created this world, and I find the "Big Bang" thing very ridiculous.

Not everything can be explained scientifically.

Yeah, unless you can travel back to the moment when universe is created, then you can figure out what was actually happening at that time......

Big Bang

As Christian mentioned earlier, if there really is this big bang, what is the thing that triggered it?

Yeah, I remember reading an article by Stephen Hawkings before. If I'm not mistaken, he could not explain what started the big bang and there's where religion comes in.

Often, humans do research and find scientifical answers to the world surrounding them. But the results are only answers to how something happened and not why it happened.

Religious people believe the answers to why something happened can be answered by God.

Ah, am I going off-topic? This thread should be on "Life on Mars". But I start talking about the "big bang" (since some of the previous posts mentioned this) and nothing on the life on mars.

RE: Life on Mars?

Yeah...... This happens always. Maybe we should start a new topic on this thing?
