What would you choose betweeen a bunch of friends (not best friends) or 1 or 2 best friend(s)? Reasons?

I would choose a bunch of friends. Friends can eventually become best friends. Nobody knows that one day your best friend will turn apathectic towards you.

What if those friends are really just normal friends, and you couldn't be able to become best freinds with them? If a best friend is indeed a best friend of yours (sounds confusing right?), you will be able to gain happiness in your life, rather than having common conversations with those friends. Best friends can share nearly every topic, and that's what we consider best friends (I know it's still confusing, but nevermind lol ).

Why do I have to choose? I can have a bunch of good friends as well as one whom I treat as my best friend at the same time what......doesn't mean I can only choose between one of them right? Why make things so complicated? By the way, speaking of friends, I am so lonely here!!!

Awww...... I can imagine how lonely you are there! Regarding to the question above, what if I need you to choose ONLY one?

Oh......then I'll choose a bunch of friends. It's safer that way. If you only have one best friend and he or she suddenly turns against you(mind you, it does happen!), you'll have nobody to back you up and give you the support you need, cos all this while you've been too dependent on your best friend and assumed that he or she will always be your best friend. Besides, the pain and hurt you'll feel when a person whom you treat as your best friend refuses to talk to you will be really hard to bear. It's happened to me once. I'm not going to take the risk again.

It looks like you have to learn some martial arts so that you can smack him or her back for treating you like this! Then, no one will harm you anymore lol......

If I have to choose, I would a bunch of friends. My reason is I'm quite talkative and I love meeting with people. But sometimes having 2 best friends is prefect when we are having trouble. Maybe we can have some advices and courages. So, can I have both?

Of course you can! You're such a chatterbox lol...... Your friends might not like you if you're talking too much! Oh dear! That's sound pollution! Maybe sometimes you would have to zip your mouth?

Really! Thanks for your advice. Maybe next time I'll keep my mouth shut. But sometimes I do feel like I'm not that talkative. What do you say?
