Do you guys eat chillies? Honestly, I can't live without chillies. Every meal that is served for me MUST be accompanied by a dish of chillies (except desserts, of course!). Otherwise, I'll have no appetite at all, even though the dish looks delicious. The chillies that I prefer are small chillies, known locally as 'cili padi'. A type of local chili paste, known as the 'sambal', is also my favourite. Big chillies are not delicious at all, simply because they are not spicy! I need something that is HOT & SPICY. The world-renowned Thai dish of Tom Yam, which is a type of prawn soup, is filled with spicy and soury taste. The fragrance of the soup is so intoxicating. I just love it!

I was influenced by my mum when i was still in primary school to eat small chillies. I used to put a small little slice of it into my food and pretend that I didn't know it was there. At first, it was so hot that even a small slice was enough to "kill" me. Then, I slowly got used to it and since then, I've become unstoppable! I hate big chillies too, especially capsicum, can't stand their smell!
Hey! I was influenced by my mum too! I began to eat spicy food since I was in my early childhood. Me and my mum are ultimate chilli-lovers. We can eat spicy dishes, such as Laksa without ordering any refreshment while in a restaurant (We saved a lot of money, heh ) . And yet, we'll add a spoonful of small chillies and squeeze a lime to make the dish more delicious. Ooh...... Simply irresistible! My grandma and dad used to scold me for eating too much chillies, that I end up skinny-looking!

There is one type of chilli sauce in Australia, which is well-known among Chinese community. All my family members are big fans of it, and guess what, we serve it in every meal. It is a good taste stimulant and is extremely hot even we only take a small spoon of it. I can't help myself whenever I am chillied out! So, I keep adding and adding it in my plate and you can see my face is totally blushed after finish eating. I definitely can't miss it in every single meal.
I love chilies. The chilies I love are chilies padi and sambal. Most of my dishes especially noodles I bought outside must added with chilies. I think it was influenced by my mum. She always ask for extra chilies when eating outside. But I don't like chili sauce. I seldom eat fast food with the sauce.Don't know why, just don't like to add with sauce.
I think the main reason is they are sweet in common, not spicy and hot, as stated on the labels. I too don't prefer to dip my food in chilli sauce, except when I have no choices.

While buying chilli sauce, I will choose those labeled with "Super Hot"......I just wonder if there are any with "Hyperhot" or "Extreme Hot " one......
