Spooky tales?

Well, I personally love ghost stories, especially those proved to be real (although there's no explanation to this from the scientific views!). I love getting goosebumps while listening to a creepy tale, especially in the middle of a chilly, windy night. That's an exhilarating sensation! Do you have any ghost tales to tell? Weird occurrences in schools are common. Maybe you have heard some of those too!

I don't believe in ghosts and I hate ghost stories! The same goes with horror movies. Why do some people like to scare themselves like that for? I've a friend who just loves to read ghost stories, now she doesn't dare to go to the washroom alone and has to get her younger sister to accompany her everytime. Isn't that troublesome? That's only at home, what will happen when she goes out to study later? Another time, my classmates went on a class trip to Langkawi. They told all kinds of ghost stories at night, then when it was time to sleep they started imagining all kinds of scary things and they actually believed that the hotel was haunted! Some couldn't sleep the whole night just because the mirror was in front of them or because their beds were next to the window, that's crazy! The worst thing is that, after they have scared all the wits out of themselves, they are not satisfied and want to scare their friends too, using force! Somehow, these scary tales seem to stay on your mind forever, that makes it even worse......

Even though there is no evidence of their existence from scientific views, we can't say they do not exist. From religious views, if there's God, there's certainly Satan. It's the same thing in reality. If one thing has its advantages, then it will definitely has its disadvantages too. Nothing is 100% perfect, except the divinity, which is completely sinless. If you're religious, you will definitely believe that ghosts and devils do exist. Ironically, ghosts aren't wholly evil. Some are kind and benevolent too. But I just can't prove to you lol...... Why don't you go spend a night alone at a cemetery, and see what happens? Since you don't believe in ghosts, there's nothing to worry or afraid of, right?

The existence of Satan is definitely true, there are evil spirits too, but I don't believe that there are ghosts that float silently out in the middle of the night to scare people or suddenly appear from under your blanket or maybe jump out of the ceilling or mirror when you are walking past, know what I mean? I'm talking about the kind of ghosts they show in those horror movies.

Still, I believe they do exist. Some said that if you peel (or bite?) a bright red apple in front of a mirror when the midnight clock strikes (12 a.m. sharp), you'll see your future husband (or evil spirits, as many claimed so) appears to you in the mirror. Maybe you can try this (must be alone, then)? It's so simple lol...... But if it happens to be something extremely evil, you will go screaming like crazy (or freeze at the same spot and speechless...... and black out)! But still I think it's dangerous to do that. You will never know what will happen next. For your safety, maybe I should say, 'Never ever try to attempt this act anywhere, anytime!'

I personally afraid of those ghost stories. I don't why but I'm just afraid of it since I was young. So, I never watch those ghost movies nor stories. If I did, I'm sure can't sleep for nights. It will keep haunting me. So, stay away from me.
